With all thy gettting, get understanding

Thinking seems to be the message in this black and white picture.

It is easy to relate to the first picture. Seems a lot more "today" when compared to the traditional figure below.

(that's me in the top picture by the way)

Just my opinion, but I think the message of thinking comes through even stronger in the black and white format of these pictures. In the top picture the thinking is done in black and then in the one below it is done in white. Maybe it in both cases it is thought flowing from opposites. Maybe it takes opposition to reveal thought. Maybe it just makes thought a struggle.

Today we went to the State Fair. I wish we would have seen more animals. The ones we did see left me with an impression. I wonder how many animals do much thinking. I don't mean thinking like we do. The picture of Kong is interesting, and so was the show, but the only thoughts running through Kong's head were probably "human" thoughts.

It is so easy to just imply human conclusions to what appears to be animal thinking. Sort of pretend thinking.

This guy is mostly just thinking as we would if we were 50 feet tall and liked a nice young lady.

I missed the Pigs at the Fair. They had been auctioned off yesterday. I can tell you Pigs seem to think. I have watched in a split second all personality and thoughts leave and they turn into ham and bacon. I wonder what thoughts they had in their life, and where the thoughts went when the life ended. It seems like a lot of animals seem to really think. We know for example the Elephants really think and even feel emotion.

Wonder if the thoughts of animals are Random?
If they are not Random Thoughts then they must be connected by something

When I think of Pigs I think of this book. That is really too bad because this book has, like King Kong, nothing to do with animal thoughts and everything to do with human thoughts.
This book explains a lot of things. It explains why those who have the power become corrupted by the power. The lessons it teaches are pretty solid. Wish we had a book of real animal thoughts.
Said Solomon,
"With all thy getting get understanding"

I have heard that pigs really are intelligent animals.

Interesting thoughts.

Thanks again for helping us work things out for next week. Means a lot to me.
